Wait, maybe I should give you more than that?

Okay, here we go… Matt (I’m told I’m supposed to write this in the third person) is a freelance photographer based out of Olympia, WA in the Pacific Northwest. With an extensive background rooted in the fast paced world of sports where he has honed his skill set to maximize efficiency while delivering a superior product on tight deadlines. He’s won a couple of awards (at the local county fair) with his portraits (and Star Wars toy photos). Matt’s photos have appeared in magazines and newspapers around the world. While not on assignment, he’s opening up his schedule to the local community, individuals, and businesses alike with updated headshots as well as environmental photos to showcase local brands.

Matt’s wife, Jamie, suggested he think beyond photographing humans and also offer pet portraits. If Matt remembers correctly, he proclaimed Jamie to be a genius (she agreed), and then made pet portraits a priority!

When not working, he enjoys taking his own portraits (see photo to the left) and hanging out with his family, rock climbing, and exploring all the trails the PNW has to offer.
